Super Simple Salmon

Ingredients:

4 (4-6oz) Pieces of Wild Caught Salmon
4 tsps. Dill
½ Fresh Lemon
1 tbs Olive Oil
Pepper
Salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Place salmon on either aluminum foil or silicone mat on a baking sheet with edges
Drizzle salmon with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, dill
Slice 2 pieces of lemon from your ½ lemon
Squeeze the juice from your remaining lemon on your 2 pieces of salmon
Place in the oven and bake until fish is fork tender
