Face to face: J. Samuel Moak III, M.D.

Written by Healthy Living

Board Certified in Otolaryngology and Fellowship Trained in Facial Plastic Surgery.

The newest addition to the team of medical providers at Face 2 Face Aesthetics and Wellness, Dr J. Samuel Moak III knows that as “the new guy in town,” credibility begins with trust.

“My overall philosophy in regards to patient care can be traced back to what one of my mentors once said – patient care is about trust. At its core, the doctor-patient relationship is about establishing mutual trust and building a relationship. Regardless of field, success begins and ends with building on that framework so that the patient knows that you are going to be honest with them about their expectations and ultimately take care of them.”

His father, an internist in Mississippi, has also taught Moak the importance of community, practicing in the same town for more than 30 years.

Moak joins longtime Lake County / The Villages physician, Dr Dino Madonna and his staff of nurses and aestheticians at Face 2 Face where the opportunity to “Uplift Your Look” encompasses a range of both non-surgical and surgical options.

“What is interesting to me about facial plastic surgery is the way in which art and science intersect. It’s as much engineering and architecture as it is artistry and sculpting, with the ultimate goal of restoring and enhancing the natural appearance of someone’s face. I never take lightly the potential I have to impact people and help them, whether through rejuvenating the aging face with a natural balanced technique or by reconstructing defects caused by cancer or trauma. All of it is extremely rewarding, and I feel honored and privileged to be able to offer people these services as a provider at Face to Face.”
